The cohort workflow, privately.

For operators, PMs, consultants, and founders who already know what is stuck and want focused help scoping, building, reviewing, and shipping the fix.

Free 30-min intro call. If we're a fit, we'll book your first paid month. If we're not, no charge — I'll point you at something that fits better.

Private help for the parts where AI builders get stuck.

This is not a tool tour. Bring one live workflow and we turn it into a smaller, testable build you can keep improving without me.

Scope the right v1

We cut the idea down to one user, one workflow, and one success condition. If the idea is too big, we name the fallback before the agent starts building.

Build the agent loop

We set up the operating files: AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, useful slash commands, and a review rhythm for small diffs instead of one big fragile session.

Add the first eval

When the output starts to matter, we add a lightweight eval or harness check so you can tell whether the tool is getting better, not just sounding better.

A few quick details

Once you submit this, you'll pick a 30-min slot on the next screen. No payment, no spam — these notes help me prep before the call.

Fields marked with * are required.

A short title and what kind of company. Helps me tailor the call.

Optional. Name the tools, repo stack, or agent setup you already have.

Be specific enough that I can prep — vague answers are the easiest way to make the call less useful for you.

Who this is for

You know the problem

You've already identified what's stuck. You need a thinking partner to scope it, pressure-test the plan, and ship the fix.

You want the cohort, on your schedule

You'd take the cohort if the dates worked. They don't. Same workflow — spec-first, plan mode, ship-something-real — on your week.

You're evaluating AI for a team

You're deciding what to roll out, what to skip, and how to talk about it internally without overpromising. I've shipped enough to know which patterns hold up.

A month has a concrete build arc.

Week 1: scope and setup

We pick the cut line, write the build brief, and set up the harness so the agent has the right context before it writes code.

Weeks 2-3: build and review

You ship small diffs between calls. We review the logic, UX, and prompts together, then decide what gets cut, fixed, or verified next.

Week 4: eval and handoff

We add the smallest useful eval, write down what the workflow now knows, and leave you with the next-project brief.

FAQ

Is the intro call really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, no obligation, no payment. The intro is here so we can both decide if 1:1 coaching is the right fit before anyone commits.

What happens after the intro?

If we're a fit, you start the first paid month and we book your first weekly session. If we're not a fit, no charge and I'll point you at someone (or something) that fits better.

How is coaching different from the cohort?

The cohort is fixed dates and shared topics — great if you want a group on the same dates pushing you to ship. 1:1 coaching is your problem on your timeline, with private Slack for async questions, review of your agent setup, and help adding the first eval or harness check when the build needs one. Pick the cohort if you want a group; pick coaching if you want focused time on your specific work.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you keep access through the end of the current month.
